As a Certified Holistic Health Coach, I work with clients, as they age, to connect the dots between food and lifestyle choices and health.
My mission is to empower my clients, through ongoing support and guidance, to set reasonable health goals, with actionable steps, that may help to create sustainable change in areas such as: improving the chances of reaching a desired weight goal, reducing food cravings, improving sleep, reducing stress and maximizing energy. Throughout my personal journey of transformation, I have utilized tools and systems that have assisted me in maintaining and optimizing the results in my day to day life. During our time together, I will share that experience by providing information, education and tools with the intent of deepening my clients’ understanding of food and lifestyle choices, so that they can choose what works best for them and discover their most Vibrant Self!
